MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS & APPRAISERS

REALTOR® Forms

After you have received your license, you will need to fill out the following forms:

  • New Member Requirements (4)

    Consists of 2 in-person courses and 2 online courses:


    New Member Orientation (includes SCK MLS Rules & Regulations) 

    Class is held at our office from 1:00 - 4:30 pm

    Followed by a New Member Orientation Happy Hour from 4:30 - 5:30 pm.

    “ELITE 1” Laws Class

    Class is held at our office from 9:00am – 4:00pm 

    NAR’s free online New Member Code of Ethics course 

    NAR’s free online Fair Housing “FairHaven 2.0” course

    To access online courses, you will register using your NAR “NRDS” ID.


    The NAR support # is: 800-874-6500 if you have any trouble accessing online courses.


    *Failure to complete the above requirements within the specified timeframe(s) will result in suspension and reinstatement fees. Orientation, COE, and FH must be completed within 90 days and ELITE must be completed within 180 days of joining. *NO-SHOW FEE: please review our Education Policies.


     Full access to all services will be granted after dues and fees are paid. Following enrollment, please ensure all educational requirements are met within the specified timeframes.
