New Member Education
All new members are required to take four (4) classes. Please note that these do not offer CE credit and are free of charge.
In-Person
- New Member Orientation
- “ELITE 1” Laws Class
Membership Director, Kylee, will help get you signed up for these classes.
Online
- NAR’s Online New Member Code of Ethics Course
- NAR’s Online Fair Housing “FairHaven 2.0” Course
To access online courses, you will log in using your NAR “NRDS” ID.
The NAR Member Support # is: 800-874-6500 if you have any trouble. Online courses are available 24/7 and can be started anytime. They take 2 to 2 ½ hours each to complete, and NAR notifies us once a course is completed.
*Failure to complete the above requirements within the specified timeframe(s) will result in suspension and reinstatement fees. Orientation, COE, and FH must be completed within 90 days and ELITE must be completed within 180 days of joining.
