Fair housing is more than compliance—it’s a commitment. This powerful course explores protected classes, bias awareness, and inclusive practices through real scenarios and guided reflection. You’ll leave better equipped to serve all clients ethically, confidently, and with cultural competence.
It reinforces how inclusive service strengthens trust, reputation, and professionalism.
Existing REALTOR® members are required to complete a minimum of 2.5 hours of approved Fair Housing training every three years in order to remain a REALTOR® member. This has nothing to do with having a real estate license, but some courses do offer CE credit as a side benefit of taking the course. Current Cycle 8 is January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027.
